Note: These files will work with both AutoCAD R14 and Acad2000. The following directions were created using AutoCAD R14. Similar steps apply to Acad2000.
| Step 1: | Download the Shakertown_hatch file. Store and unzip these files in a temporary location until you complete the installation defined below. |
| Step 2: | Copy the Shakertown.mns file into your C:\Program Files\AutoCAD R14\Support directory. If your AutoCAD was installed into a different directory unzip the files into the support directory where your AutoCAD was installed. |
| Step 3: | Copy the contents of Shakertown.pat file into this your C:\Program Files\AutoCAD R14\Support\acad.pat file. If your AutoCAD was installed into a different directory, copy the contents of Shakertown.pat into the acad.pat in the support directory where your AutoCAD was installed. |
| Step 4: | Add the Shakertown Tool Bar: Click browse and find the file Shakertown.mns Click Load, Your MENULOAD screen should look like the graphic below. |
Step 5: Click on the Menu Bar tab and Insert the Shakes pull down into your existing pull down menus. Now click the Close button.
Note: Hatch patterns are to scale at nominal 4.5-inch, 7-inch and 14-inch exposures for standard 1-course, 2-course and 3-course panels, and at 5 and 7.5-inch for any Fancy Cuts panel patterns.
